Sun-kissed Lux, Barefoot Authenticity

Logo, website, and promotional material design for two private rental villas in Naxos, inspired by the effortless rhythm of island life.

The logo features a free-flowing, hand-drawn typeform that organically forms wave-like movements, crowned by a sun — a symbol of sea, light, and slow summer days. A series of bespoke illustrations was created for the website and postcard-style promotional materials, inviting guests to share their experience of Naxos through a personal, tangible gesture.

Inspired by the sea, the sun, olive trees, fishing boats, and everyday island symbols, all illustrations were hand-carved and printed using linoleum by illustrator Joanna Burthenshaw. The handcrafted technique adds texture, sensitivity, and authenticity, shaping a visual identity rooted in place, memory, and the warmth of the Greek summer.
