Light Reveals the Unexpected

Creation of a Christmas gift for a brand specializing in architectural lighting design. Each year, the company sends a creative gift to the architectural studios it collaborates with. This time, the concept took the form of an unexpected object: a mouse pad accompanied by a small flashlight.

The illustration printed on the mouse pad remains invisible to the naked eye, revealing itself only when illuminated by the flashlight. In this way, the act of discovery becomes directly linked to the essence of the brand — light as the medium that reveals form and meaning.

Four different illustrations were created, each inspired by everyday hand gestures and paired with witty and original wishes for the coming year. Together, they formed a playful yet thoughtful Christmas gift that echoed the brand’s creative philosophy. All elements were presented inside a black envelope, sealed with a sticker and accompanied by a greeting card, completing the experience with a refined and understated touch.
